Is Mindfulness always complicated? Can I make mindfulness easier?

Simple Mindfulness

Simple Mindfulness: The uncomplicated ways we stay present in the chaos and busyness of life.

This is an ongoing project series for me that can also be found on my instagram page @melinda.lericos_wholeness. I hope you all enjoy. If you would like to be part of this project - let me know!

What is Mindfulness? Why is it important?

This blog post will be broken down into 2 main sections:

1. Proactive skills to regulate emotions and maintain present focused mindfulness

2. Reactive skills that are used to come back to present focus when we find ourselves out of the moment.

Each section will contain various mediums including video, instagram links, or blog post links created by myself and other people in our community. I hope you find some simple mindfulness practices that work for you and your life.
